QuietShoreHaven provides professional styling services including but not limited to personal styling, image consulting, wardrobe makeovers, special events styling, virtual styling, and group workshops ("Services").

2. Booking and Appointments

2.1 Booking Process

You may book our Services through our Website, by email, or by phone. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and, where applicable, have made the required deposit or payment.

2.2 Client Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Scheduling

3. Payments and Fees

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

4.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

4.3 QuietShoreHaven Cancellation

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a full refund.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Location

Services may be delivered at our studio, at your location, or virtually, depending on the Service booked. Any location-specific requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

5.2 Duration

The approximate duration of each Service is indicated on our Website. Actual duration may vary based on individual circumstances.

5.3 Service Providers

We reserve the right to assign any of our qualified stylists to deliver the Services. While we will try to accommodate requests for specific stylists, we cannot guarantee availability.

5.4 Client Responsibilities

To receive the best results from our Services, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for appointments
• Provide accurate information about your style preferences and needs
• Follow preparation instructions provided before appointments
• Maintain respectful communication with our staff

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 QuietShoreHaven Content

The content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of QuietShoreHaven or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 Client Content

By sharing photos, testimonials, or other content with us, you grant QuietShoreHaven a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.

We may take photographs during styling sessions with your explicit consent. These photographs may be used for your personal styling recommendations and, with your permission, for our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QuietShoreHaven, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any content obtained from the Website
